Thank you for your interest in Magic Leap. Our Trademarks represent the quality, reputation, and distinct identity of our brand which our customers and partners rely on to distinguish our products and services from those of other brands. It's important to Magic Leap to maintain such high standards of quality for any products, services, or other materials that bear our Trademarks.

Ownership and Unauthorized Use

Magic Leap, Inc. (“Magic Leap”) and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to our names, trademarks, logos, icons, slogans, or other identifiers owned by Magic Leap or its licensors (our "Trademarks"). Any use of our Trademarks, other than in accordance with a written trademark license with Magic Leap, is a violation of our rights, and is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of our Trademarks may constitute trademark infringement, unfair competition, or violation of other applicable laws.

Request a Trademark License

If you would like to use one of our Trademarks for any reason, please contact pr@magicleap.com to request a trademark license and access to approved assets. Magic Leap reserves the right to deny any request in its sole discretion and may revoke your rights to use our Trademarks at any time for any reason. If Magic Leap revokes such rights, you must immediately discontinue any and all use of our Trademarks, and deliver to Magic Leap or destroy or remove (and certify such destruction and/or removal in writing) all printed or online materials containing any of our Trademarks or any portion of our Trademarks.

If you see someone use a name, trademark, logo, icon, slogan, or other identifier that is identical or similar to any of our Trademarks and that may cause confusion in the marketplace or may be fraudulent, please contact pr@magicleap.com and let us know. Telling us about that kind of use will help us maintain the integrity of our Trademarks and protect our customers and partners.
